Tracking orders
Simplyput by Ashley Woodman will provide you with a reference number and link to the order tracking system in a confirmation e-mail once your order is ready to ship. Please contact us to check the status of your order prior to shipping. In the future, we'll be implementing an automated order tracking system.
Delivery
Announcement and stationery orders will be shipped within 5-7 working days upon receipt of final proof approval. Wedding invitation orders, printed offset, will be shipped in 7-10 working days upon receipt of final proof approval. Letterpress orders will ship in 3-4 weeks upon receipt of final proof approval. Proofs will be emailed within 2 working days once the order is placed.
Rush Delivery
Rush orders are available for both offset and letterpress orders, and incur an additional fee of 25% of the total order. Excluding wedding orders, rush orders will ship 3 business days from the time of proof approval (required). Please contact us for information on a rush wedding order.
Shipping
Simplyput by Ashley Woodman offers FedEx overnight, 2 day and ground shipping. Orders may be shipped overnight for $35 or 2-day for $25. Ground shipping will be provided to the customer at no charge. We are not responsible for shipment delays caused by third party shippers. We will not ship under third party account numbers.
Color Variations
Please note that colors may vary slightly from samples due to printing processes.
Proofs (REQUIRED)
Written approval of a black and white proof is required before an order goes into production. Proofs will be faxed or e-mailed within 2 working days once the order is placed. The initial proof is complimentary. Additional proofs are available for $7 per round.
Returns
Simplyput by Ashley Woodman’s customer service checks for spelling errors, grammar, and will make suggestions about wording when needed. We do not guarantee that we will catch all client errors, especially the spelling of proper names. Please proof read your invitation and then check it again. Follow the proofing checklist for suggestions on proofing your order before submitting your order.
If there is an error caused by simplyput, then we will gladly reprint your order at no cost to you. If it is your error, then simplyput will reprint your order at a 20% discount.
In the event of a return, please contact us and we will have our shipper pick up the order. The merchandise must be returned to simplyput in order that a refund be issued.
Cancellation
If an order is canceled once the proof is delivered, the customer will be charged A $25.00 processing fee. Completed orders that are canceled will be charged the full amount of the order.
Copy Changes
Copy changes made to an order, before that order is put into production will not incur an additional charge. Changes made after printing are considered a cancellation and the cancellation fee will apply.
Errors
Errors or shortages made by the customer will be processed as quickly as possible and priced at 85% of original cost. Errors made by simplyput will be corrected at no charge and shipped overnight (at our expense) within 2 business days, when possible.
Envelopes
Envelopes can be pre-shipped for an additional $6 net plus shipping charge and will be shipped once the order’s proof is approved. Due to rapid turnaround for baby orders, please do not request pre-shipped envelopes when submitting birth information.
Minimum Order
50 cards. Increments of 25 are acceptable after minimum.

Registration
Registration is not required to browse this site. During registration, you need to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information to only contact you in the event it is necessary. You can opt-out of any marketing-related communications.

Orders

Agents
We use an outside shipping company to fulfill orders, and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

Registered users who no longer wish to receive emails about various products and services can choose to opt-out in the profile page, reply to unsubscribe in promotional emails sent or email our customer service center.
